Returns & Refunds


*Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation we are continuing to operate our online store, but with a much reduced operation to ensure staff safety, as such it may take slightly longer than our standard 14 days to process your returns and refunds.

We accept returns and refunds for almost all of our products in The Celtic Store. If you wish to return items, they must be returned in their original condition, sellable with any original tags still attached (providing the item is not faulty). This must be done within 14 days of receiving the goods if you want a full refund, we can accept some exchanges outwith the 14 day period if you contact us before sending it back.

When sending us back a return please include a note with your order number and reason for return or exchange details. Please note we will only exchange for a different size not a different product. Once received we will let you know that we have refunded you or sent your exchange back out to you.

* PLEASE NOTE : any refunds required for purchases made in-store must be returned to a store and cannot be fulfilled via the online store. As the stores are currently closed the in-store returns deadline will be extended, and once stores re-open you will still have 14 days to return.

PLEASE NOTE: All returns are at the expense of the customer. We will refund the postage costs if the goods have been delivered to you and are unsatisfactory or damaged. Please note, limits will apply on covering your postage costs, £7.65 maximum for UK and we will need a quote for International costs prior to arranging.



Exchanges can be processed as normal in any Celtic store providing they have the stock to replace, all you need if your order number or confirmation as proof of purchase. If the exchange cannot be completed in store or you do not live locally then please follow the returns process and send this back to us for an exchange detailing the size you require and your order number. Normal returns exclusions apply.

Returning In Store

We will accept return orders being dropped off in all our stores, with the exclusion of Belfast and Dublin. If you return an order to store, this will then be delivered back to The Celtic Store Returns team and processed from there. No refunds will be given in store. If a refund is to be processed, it will be done so by The Celtic Store Returns team and monies due will be put back onto the card or account you used to place the transaction on the website.


Returns Exclusions

The following items will not be accepted for returns:

  • Products which have been personalised (printing/SPFL patch)
  • Underwear
  • Earrings


Shirt Printing

Celtic Retail offers a shirt printing service to our customers where we are happy to print the names of players past and present along with family or given names. We are also pleased to print the names of places or dates which are synonymous with Celtic e.g, Lisbon 67 or a family birthday such as Dad 50. Although the list is not exhaustive these are examples of the extent to which we will offer this service.

Please note the personalisation of football tops are printed at the customers own risk.
